Women in the Midwest are probably frustrated with this weather lately just as I am. One day it’s 60 degrees out and sunny, then last night there was a downfall of snow (seriously let’s get done with this 30 degree weather, right?). The colors you wear can do wonders when figuring out how to transition your wardrobe from winter to spring(ish).
